Welcome to Bhor & Bean. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website www.bhorandbean.com and the purchase of our products. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General & Business Information

This website is operated by Bhor & Bean Coffee Roastery Private Limited, trading as Bhor & Bean. Throughout the site, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Bhor & Bean.

2. Product Information & Pricing

We strive to display the colors, descriptions, and packaging of our pure freeze-dried coffee products as accurately as possible.
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
We reserve the right to revise pricing or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment

Order acceptance occurs once your payment is confirmed through our authorized payment gateway (Razorpay).
We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), RuPay/Visa/MasterCard Debit & Credit cards, and Net Banking.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability is detected.

4. Intellectual Property

All content published on this website—including product copy, photography, visual posters, brand graphics, design layouts, and proprietary taglines—is the intellectual property of Bhor & Bean Coffee Roastery Private Limited.

"Har Subah Wahi Brew™" is a trademark for which an official trademark application has been filed with the Trade Marks Registry of India under the Trade Marks Act, 1999.

"Bhor ka Pehla Sip™", "Bhor & Bean™", and all associated brand identity assets, package designs, and marketing creative are proprietary intellectual property protected under common law and copyright regulations.

Unauthorized duplication, reproduction, adoption, or commercial exploitation of our pending trademarks, brand names, or visual creative without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action under applicable laws.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
