1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays are packed and handed to couriers on the next working day.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

• Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 2 to 4 business days.
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4 to 6 business days.
• Rest of India & Remote Regions: 5 to 8 business days. (Delivery timelines may occasionally be influenced by logistics delays, weather disruptions, or regional transit restrictions).

3. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: Flat ₹[e.g., 50] across India for prepaid orders below ₹[e.g., 499].
• Free Shipping: Applicable on all orders above ₹[e.g., 499].

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel is handed over to our courier partner (Shiprocket / Delhivery / Bluedart), you will receive an automated tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email to monitor your shipment in real time.

5. Non-Delivery & Failed Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to three attempts to deliver your parcel. If the delivery fails due to an incorrect shipping address, invalid phone number, or unavailability of the recipient, the order will return to our warehouse. Re-dispatch charges will apply to resend returned parcels.
